In 1989, Almighty were asked to make their own version of 'Xanadu', which we did for oversees licensing, formed by our then guitarist's wife... singer/songwriter Lisa!

We first remixed Xanadu in 1996, when we met up with David Hiscock from Australia, who is now an Almighty Club Member and is the main Video Jock at Sydney's top gay club: The Midnight Shift. Little did we know at the time, The Olivia Project Feat. Paula was set to become a huge hit in Japan, Australia and various other countries!

It was made an Anthem by London's Love Muscle DJ, Marc Andrews. (Who is now returning to The Fridge!)

Due to such popularity, Paula came to London to perform, bringing with her Australian label owner David. Whilst here in the UK, Almighty had the idea to record 'Physical'. (Also out this month!) This we did, but the production was never finished due to other commitments at the time. As we were now re-loading 'Xanadu', it seemed the perfect time to complete this other Olivia Newton-John classic! This time, we've got Paula on lead, with some blends of Lisa on BV's.

Almighty re-loads have been selling well and we've been taking note of your e-mail and forum requests, so we hope you enjoy!

For marketing purposes, you'll start to notice we're slightly re-naming some artist names on tracks, such as 'Xanadu', where the artist is Almighty VS. Olivia. This is to enable people to find us more easily in other digital shops such as iTunes... but don't worry, they are still your favourite singers!

Oooh and check out the catalogue number... as with all re-loads, we keep the original catalogue number... but look how far we've come! It's amazing to think we now have over 300 singles!
