Is your site secure for online shopping?

The Almighty site operates with 128-bit SSL Security so your details are completely secure. All payments are processed through PayPal as our merchant service, so we never hold or store your direct card details elsewhere. For more information on what data we store, view our Privacy Policy Here

Do you ship worldwide?

Of course! We have fans across the globe and shipping options for all. All prices on our store are stated in GBP Pound Sterling (£) - any currency conversions will be calculated at the checkout.

How does a Customer Account work?

You can now create a Customer Account on our website to manage your information and view previous orders. This will enable faster checkout without having to enter your details each time, you’ll just need to log in and your preferences and addresses will be saved. Your account will also save any products that you add to your basket, so you can browse when you like and complete your purchase when you are ready!

Click the ‘Customer Account’ icon to log in. From here you will be able to view your past orders, access any available downloads, save payment preferences and update your address information.

How do I create a Customer Account?

Click Here to create an Almighty Customer Account. You can also create an account when checking out, or by clicking on the ‘Customer Account’ icon on the top right-hand corner of our website.

Please note, you will have to re-register with our new site if you have previously been an Almighty customer.

What is your shipping policy?

Most orders are shipped out via Royal Mail standard delivery. More expensive orders will be shipped via Recorded / Tracked delivery - which is also an option for all orders at the checkout, for that extra piece of mind! Large orders will be shipped via a fully tracked courier service.

My order is late / has not arrived?

We aim to ship your order at our earliest opportunity and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays after dispatch due to the Postal Service, as this is beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived around the expected delivery times stated below, please contact us so we can check for information on your package specifically.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please see the following delivery expectations by our UK Royal Mail postal service:
UNITED KINGDOM: 1-3 working days (First Class) or 2-5 working days (Second Class ‘Standard’)
EUROPE: 3-5 working days (Standard International Airmail)
REST OF WORLD: 5-7 working days (Standard International Airmail)

What is your returns policy?

Our returns & replacements policy lasts for 30 days from the date of the order and only applies to items purchased from www.almightyrecords.com. We will require reason and proof of purchase before accepting a return or replacement claim. Our policy only applies to items that are defective, damaged or not as described.

I don’t use PayPal, how can I pay?

Our site uses PayPal as a merchant service, as this is the most preferred and trusted online payment method by most online shoppers. However, you can still of course enter direct debit/credit card details to pay for your order. To do this, you will need to click through to pay by PayPal and you will then have the choice to login to a PayPal account, or enter direct card details without needing to log in - this just uses PayPal as the card merchant service.

I’m looking for an item that’s not on your store?

With the introduction of our new website for 2019, we now have a smaller selection of products available from our site. A larger collection of physical stock is available on the Official Almighty Discogs Store. We also have most releases available on all major digital platforms for download and streaming. So whether it’s physical or digital products you’re after, Almighty have got you covered!
