This fantastic Klubkidz remake of the Sylvester classic ‘Do You Wanna Funk’ has captured the essence of the original but with a modern electro-pop twist. Performed as the debut single from emerging artist Lady Bee, it shows off her outstanding vocal range and unique style whilst still capturing the true magic of the legendary Sylvester.

The original from 1982, was recorded by Sylvester and produced by Patrick Cowley who incidentally died the same year. It quickly became a hit and made it into the Top 40 in the UK and Top 30 in Australia.

This remix single release has been put together by Klubkidz, Almighty Records and Matt Waterhouse Represents, featuring radio edits and full club mixes, including house remixes by top international DJ and remixer ‘Cutmore’.
The Klubkidz team have also produced a video for this single, which introduces the unique and vibrant style of Lady Bee - a hybrid of Hip-Hop, urban and classic disco funk!
