Hazell Dean
Searchin' (I Gotta Find A Man)

Making its Almighty debut on 2008's NRG Anthems album, 'Searchin'' is one of the most popular songs from 80's NRG star Hazell Dean. Originally released in 1983, though not a chart hit until being re-issued in 1984, the 'Almighty 12" Definitive Mix' was the lively, party anthem that soundtracked many a dancefloor. Now this cult, club classic is our latest Record of the Week!

Charting at number 6 in the UK following its 1984 re-issue, 'Searchin'' marked Hazell Dean's ascent from underground NRG club queen to mainstream artist that later worked under the now legendary Stock Aitken Waterman. Though she went on to have other successful releases, 'Searchin'' has a fantastic legacy in the club scene of the 80s and 90s.

This new edition compiles eight fantastic mixes into one collection, including all of the Definitive and Anthem mixes to keep you in Hi-NRG spirits! Giving these classic releases the editions they deserve is why we enjoy Record of the Week so much. Don't miss out on this slice of NRG history!
