'Love's Unkind' is the 1977 smash hit from the sorely-missed Queen of disco, Donna Summer. The track is off her brilliantly nostalgic album I Remember Yesterday.

A firm favourite of the Almighty crew, the album combined her signature disco sound with the 40s, 50s and 60s and even looked to the future with what would become one of the most famous disco songs in the world 'I Feel Love'!

Although 'Love's Unkind' was not officially released in the US, it went down a storm in the UK, peaking at number 3 in the official charts! Telling the story of high school crushes and love triangles we all could relate to, it's no wonder Donna touched the lives of so many fans worldwide! English actress Sophie Lawrence even covered 'Love's Unkind' in 1991, shooting the song back into the UK charts more than a decade later!

Almighty couldn't wait to pay homage once again to a diva who's had such a massive influence on our sound. With Belle's stunning vocals and the crew's hard work in the studio, we hope to have brought you our best effort yet!
